Which tools use AI

A small, clearly marked set of tools on this site sends your input to an AI model (Google Gemini) to generate a result. These are:

• AI Resume Optimizer
• AI Cover Letter Generator
• Interview Questions Generator
• LinkedIn Bio Generator
• Skills Gap Analyzer (the AI learning roadmap)
• Resume Builder (only the optional summary assist)
• AI Text Humanizer
• Instagram Bio Generator and YouTube Title Generator (optional AI mode; both also have a free template mode with no AI)

Everything else on CrispToolHub is not AI. The calculators, converters, PDF tools, image tools and text utilities run on hand-written JavaScript in your own browser. When a calculator shows you a tax figure, that number comes from coded rates we verified against the official source, not from a language model.

How AI-powered tools handle your content

• Your text is sent from your browser to our own proxy server, which forwards it to the Google Gemini API for that single request. The AI tools clearly say so on the page; every non-AI tool processes your data entirely on your device.
• We do not store your resume, cover letter or any text you submit. The proxy passes the request through and returns the result.
• The API key lives on the server, never in your browser.
• AI features are limited to 5 free generations per tool per day, tracked only in your own browser storage.
• The output is shown to you and belongs to you. We do not reuse it, train on it or publish it.

How we use AI in our own content

CrispToolHub uses AI assistance in:

• Drafting blog content for human review
• Generating tool descriptions
• Proofreading and editing

We use: Google Gemini API.

What AI does not do

• AI does not set financial data. All rates, limits and tax brackets are manually verified from official government sources before they reach a calculator or an article. No tax figure on this site is AI-generated.
• AI does not publish content. Every article is reviewed and approved by Pranjal before publishing, and any claim about rates or rules is checked against the authority that publishes them.
• AI does not make financial recommendations. All content is for calculation and informational purposes only.
• AI does not write the calculators. Tool logic is hand-written, tested code.

Human review process

Every piece of AI-assisted content goes through this process:

1. AI drafts the content
2. Pranjal reviews for accuracy
3. Financial data is verified against official sources
4. Content is edited for tone and CrispToolHub voice
5. Published only after approval

Why we disclose this

We believe in transparency. AI assistance helps us publish timely, useful content for our users, and AI features make some tools genuinely better. Human oversight ensures accuracy and quality. Both matter, and you deserve to know which is which on any page you are reading.
