By accessing or using CrispToolHub (the "Tools"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tools.

Use of the Tools

The Tools — including our PDF and image toolkits, financial and international calculators, resume and career tools, developer tools, text tools, and the ruler and compass — are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use them in any browser, on any device, without creating an account. You agree not to misuse the Tools, attempt to disrupt their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

AI features

Some tools offer optional AI features powered by Google Gemini. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it, and for ensuring it is truthful — for example, never adding skills or experience to a resume that you do not actually have. AI features are subject to fair-use rate limits and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Your content and files

Almost all processing happens locally in your browser, so the files and text you use stay on your device (the AI features are the only exception — see our Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for the content you upload, enter or process, and for having the right to use it. We do not review, store, or take responsibility for your files or their content.

Accuracy disclaimer

The Tools are provided as convenient aids. Calculator results, ATS and match scores, readability scores, file conversions, and ruler and compass readings depend on your inputs, your device and display, and factors no formula can predict. The Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and should not be relied upon where precision is critical (for example, in legal, medical, financial, engineering or navigational contexts). Always verify important results independently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tools — including any inaccuracy in a result, conversion or AI output, or any loss of data stored in your browser.

Blog and guides

Our blog and guides are provided for general information only. They reflect our opinions and research at the time of writing, may become outdated, and are not professional advice. We make no guarantee that any tip, template or strategy will produce a particular result (such as a job offer or a tax saving). Always verify time-sensitive information — tax rules, ATS behavior, and similar — against an authoritative source.

Embeddable widgets

We offer free embeddable widgets (such as the BMI, mortgage, age, currency and CGPA calculators) that you may place on your own website via the provided iframe snippet, including on commercial sites, provided you do not remove the "Powered by CrispToolHub" credit, modify the widget's behavior, or present it as your own product. The widgets are provided "as is" under the same accuracy disclaimer below, and we may change or discontinue them at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Tools as intended, but you may not copy or redistribute the site itself without permission. Content you create with the Tools (such as a resume or converted file) is yours.

Changes & contact
