The Tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial measuring tasks. You may use them in any browser, on any device, without creating an account. You agree not to misuse the Tools, attempt to disrupt their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Accuracy disclaimer

The online ruler and online compass are intended as convenient estimating aids. While we work hard to make calibration accurate, on-screen measurements depend on your display and the care you take when calibrating, and the compass depends on your device's sensors and surrounding magnetic conditions. The Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and should not be relied upon where precise measurement is critical (for example, in engineering, medical, navigational, or legal contexts).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tools, including any inaccuracy in a measurement or heading.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Tools as intended, but you may not copy or redistribute the site itself without permission.

Changes

We may update or discontinue the Tools, or revise these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
