What is CrispToolHub?

CrispToolHub is a growing collection of 185+ free online tools across 16 categories that run almost entirely in your browser. Rather than scattering your work across a dozen ad-heavy single-purpose sites, we bring the everyday essentials — a full PDF toolkit, an image editor, a complete resume and career suite, financial, health, education and unit-conversion calculators, developer, text and social tools, and a calibrated ruler and compass — into one fast, clean, privacy-first hub. There is nothing to install and no account to create: open a tab and start.

Our philosophy

We build every tool around three commitments. Everything is private by default — your files, numbers and text are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded or stored on a server. Everything is browser-based, so it works the same on a phone, tablet, or laptop with no download or plugin. And everything is account-free and genuinely free: no sign-up, no email, no paywall. The one exception to "stays on your device" is our AI features, which send only the prompt needed to generate a result — never a stored copy of your document.

The story

CrispToolHub was built solo, with AI assistance, and launched in June 2026. The idea was simple: take the tools people reach for every day — and usually pay for, sign up for, or upload private files to — and rebuild them so they run on your own device, for free, with no account.

Available worldwide with users across India, UAE, Singapore, Ireland and the US. Since launch it has grown from a handful of utilities into 16 tool categories, all built on the same privacy-first architecture — your data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly use an AI feature.

• Embeddable widgets — drop the BMI, mortgage, age, currency or CGPA calculator into your own site.
• Print & export — download branded summaries from the health and finance tools.
• 38 resume templates across 80+ job roles, with ATS-keyword guides.
• AI features powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash — resume optimizer, cover letters, interview prep and a text humanizer.
• A 10-country holiday calendar, multi-currency support and dark mode everywhere.

How it's built

CrispToolHub is a fast, static site built with AstroJS v6 (a multi-page, prerendered architecture) and styled with Tailwind CSS v4. It's deployed on Cloudflare Pages' global network, so pages load quickly anywhere in the world. The heavy lifting — reading PDFs, removing image backgrounds, generating documents — happens in your browser using modern web APIs and WebAssembly, powered by open-source libraries like pdf-lib, PDF.js and Mammoth.js. The AI features are powered by Google Gemini through a small Cloudflare Worker that keeps our API key private; your text is only ever sent as part of a single prompt. The site itself was developed with the help of Claude Code, Anthropic's AI coding assistant.

What's coming next

We're still building. On the roadmap are an AI headshot generator that turns a selfie into a professional photo, a lightweight in-browser video editor, a set of astrology & numerology tools, AI-powered career and finance reports, and an optional premium subscription (₹199/month) for power users. The free tools will always stay free — premium simply adds extras on top. Each new feature will follow the same principles as everything we've built so far: private, instantly usable, and no sign-up to try.

Meet the Builder

CrispToolHub was built by Pranjal Srivastava, a cloud and application security engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), IAM, and application security.

With hands-on expertise in security engineering and a deep understanding of how sensitive data should be handled, Pranjal built CrispToolHub on one core principle: your files, resumes, and financial data should never leave your device.

Every tool on CrispToolHub processes data locally in your browser using WebAssembly and client-side JavaScript — nothing is ever uploaded to our servers.

As Founder & Cloud Security Engineer, Pranjal built CrispToolHub solo (with AI assistance) as a side project to give everyone access to professional-grade tools for free.

Pranjal is Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) and Professional Cloud Security Engineer (PCSE) certified. He previously worked at Ford Motor Company (GCP landing zone security) and is currently at BluOcean Cyber, with 5+ years in cloud and application security.
